Lorenzo “Zo” Jones is a Vice President and transformative leader of culture and engagement, an executive coach, public speaker and published author. He is also a Playback Improv artist and a percussionist, and brings that creative work into how he approaches engagement.
LJC provides group and individual training, facilitation and coaching across six areas: inclusion, equity and belonging; connection and communication; leadership and coaching; team development and training; hiring assessment; and conflict resolution.
